As the first step in this process, this is where you share your vision with us. We will collaborate and discuss until we create an idea that brings this vision to life.
Site Planning & Analysis
We will evaluate the future site of your building or infrastructure and draw up potential sketches that reflect your vision. Based on your feedback, we will modify these as necessary.
Design Build
Once a sketch is approved, this step takes it to solidification. Plans become blueprints, construction documents will be drawn up, and permits and bids may then be acquired.
Feasibility Studies
Here, we evaluate the viability of your project. We identify areas of concern in terms of budget, time, and the overall process. This is the time to analyze even the smallest details that directly or indirectly affect the progress of your project.
Construction Administration
We will be by your side, consulting and advising you during the construction phase. We want to ensure that everything is going according to the vision we drew up in the initial planning stage.
